How
does our system work?
The
engineering details are, as you might expect, restricted
information. Jammers are defensive weapons and are regulated
as such by the U.S. State Department. However, we can tell
you that it is an effective, wide band jamming device which
affords maximum protection against trigger frequencies which
are unknown at the time of attack, particularly when coupled
with strong power output, such as a vehicle battery.

The HFB 200 is a portable
Bomb Jammer™ built into a briefcase, designed to defend
against radio-controlled improvised explosive devices
RCIED’s used by terrorists, assassins, and criminals. The
HFB 200 jams the signals of unauthorized transmitting
devices used to activate explosive weapons. The HFB 200
transmits high power radio waves that obstruct radio
receivers from obtaining their activation signal to detonate
explosive weapons or RCIED’s. It works while moving or
standing still. Users range from government officials,
contractors, dignitaries, etc.
Can
you provide communication windows?
Communication windows are a security breach and will be
detected by terrorist intelligence gatherers, who are known
to use radio scanners. We therefore recommend against this
practice in the strongest terms. We can provide systems with
narrower bands that can be used for communications.
Secondly, the physics of frequency inter modulation will
render any such window useless. However, since the system is
of modular design, you may switch individual frequency bands
on or off as you wish – this will create the desired
“window” and will also leave that frequency band undefended
while it is turned off. The trade off between protection and
communication is yours to make, without any special
modification to the system. Once again we do not recommend
communication windows.

RF Jammers are used to
jam radio signals. RF Jammers such as the HFB-200 are
portable RF Jammers that can be carried by the user. RF
Jammers can be made portable by building them into
transportable cases. The RF Jammer or bomb jammer built into
a briefcase is designed to defend against radio-controlled
improvised explosive devices or RCIED's used by terrorists,
assassins, political dissidents, and criminals. The HFB 200
series of RF Jammers are set to jam the signals of
unauthorized transmitting devices in various frequency
ranges used to activate explosive bombs.
Will it protect against car or truck bombs?
Yes,
if the bomb is radio controlled. Many VBIEDs (Vehicle
Borne Improvised Explosive Devices) have multiple
triggers, only one of which may be radio. It is
necessary to differentiate between stationary VBIEDs and
moving VBIEDs. Stationary VBIEDs may be controlled by
radio or by wire and will not have a driver. Moving
VBIEDs will have a driver and may be proceeded by an
assault vehicle whose function is to smash through
checkpoints and barriers in order to clear the path to
the target. In such an attack, the VBIED will probably
have multiple triggers, one of which will be a simple
pressure device mounted in the front of the vehicle and
which will detonate upon impact. For such an attack, the
only defense is to pour automatic weapons fire upon the
vehicles before they reach the target.
